Commissions intended for commercial use require you to purchase a commercial license from WispyVee.

Indie Projects: +$40 per order or +$100 per project

Large Scale: +$100 or more, subject to discussion.

Character Reference: If possible, a flat-colored image of the character with the correct colors established and the details in clear view. If this is not possible, any picture reference will do as long as the colors are clear or shown in a palette next to the drawing. If details are missing please inform me, I like to be as accurate as possible. I’d also like a brief description of the character to be drawn, personality and story-wise. This applies to both original characters and established characters (In: Mario, Link, etc).

Pose Reference: Only required for full-body pieces, but you may give me one for busts if you’d like something specific. Anything from a real-life images to a stick figure drawing will do.

Background Reference: If a background is requested, a picture of the layout you wish the piece to have will be required.

The images you provide will not be used by me in projects, advertising or anything against your consent.

Will draw anything outside NSFW except for anything containing hate speech, racism, homophobia, misogyny, or anything that depicts violence against minors.

For NSFW: NSFW IS FOR FRIENDS OR REGULAR CLIENTS ONLY.

I will NOT take commissions related to NFTs or assets to generate NFTs of any kind.

I am not comfortable doing commissions copying a specific artist's style or drawing another artist's character unless consent is given from the artist or the commission is a gift for said artist. Replicating mainstream media style (Videogames, TV Shows, etc) is okay.

I accept Paypal, Venmo and Cashapp. I do not accept checks, money orders or bank transfers. I do not accept cash outside of online payments for safety reasons.

Payment must be upfront and full. I make an exception for commissions that go over $50.

I reserve my right not to start on the picture until you have paid me the full amount. (Exceptions Apply)

NSFW artwork will cost between 10-20% from the original price, depending on what kind of contents and the different versions requested.

On Bulk Pricing:

Bulk pricing is only available for character busts and character portraits of the same character. busts for several different characters do not apply.

The changes between the busts can include different expressions, different outfits and pose variation.

Commissions may take a while to be completed. The time to complete a commission usually varies between a week and a month. Factors that may make the time vary are: The amount of detail or sprites wanted, Schoolwork, Health Issues, Family issues, Mental Health.

If the commission is delayed in any way the commissioner will be contacted. Please feel free to contact me with any inquiries about your commission, but don’t spam me.

I will be sending progress of your commission as often as possible.

Once the picture is done, I reserve my right to post the picture on Social Media and use it for my portfolio. If a commission needs to be kept from the public, an additional fee determined in our negotiations will be implemented. This fee pertains to NDAs or any contracts you (the client) requires me to sign. The commissioner may ask that the posting of the piece may be delayed for birthdays, holidays or other such events at no charge.

Any changes you wish to make in the commission must be communicated to me immediately. If the picture already has been completed or is close to completion, I will not be able to implement these changes. Design commissions are the exception to this because revisions are needed constantly, it’s why they include a design fee.

Changes to your commission must be small past the sketching stage. If you want to completely change the picture I will charge you extra. (Exceptions Apply)

I expect the same amount of respect in every interaction we have regarding the commission. Please stay courteous during the waiting period.

I will not do a private stream of your commission for you.

I do not condone any sexual speech in our conversations unless it’s about the commission.

If you make me feel uncomfortable with your behavior I have the grounds to cancel your commission. Warnings will be ensued.

As the Artist, I retain full copyright to the piece and I may reproduce it and make products for merchandise with it as I please. An exception to this would be commissions of original characters, fan characters or material otherwise owned by the commissioner such as an IP.

If partial payment plans are not completely paid, you are forbidden from using the product.

If the commissioner wishes to buy the copyright of the commissioned artwork, a price can be negotiated.

The commissioner will be credited for the commission and if applicable, for the original characters depicted in the piece.

Personal and Commercial commissions require for the commissioner to ALWAYS CREDIT WISPYVEE whenever the piece is posted anywhere. You may credit D00MSEYE for Sonic commissions.

The commission may not be used in any hate campaigns or to harm other people in any way.

By commissioning me you're accepting not to commit copyright infringement.

You can't take credit for my artwork, or avoid giving me credit.

You are not to use my artwork to train AI.

You may not alter the picture without my consent. THIS INCLUDES COLORING OR MODIFYING MY ART WITH AI TOOLS LIKE STABLE DIFUSSION. A PSD file will be attached to your commission upon your request if you wish to tweak certain colors or just use the linework, but please ask before you change it and post it somewhere else.

Cropping for icons and banners is A-OK

Erasing tiny mistakes is A-OK

Small color changes like eye color or some hue shifting, color filters and the like are A-OK, just don’t overdo it.

I have the right to cancel the commission if any of the previous rules has been broken. I have the right to cancel the commission at my discretion. Cancelled commissions will be refunded.

If you wish for a refund I will give it to you if I haven't started.

No full refunds if there's progress.

If you cancel a commission in any way and I already have some progress with the commission I still retain copyright of it.
